I can't find bluetooth in my win 8.1 dekstop

Do you have a Bluetooth device and if so is the driver installed? Press the Windows key and R, then type "devmgmt.msc" (Without quotes) and click the arrow next to Bluetooth. If there is no Bluetooth heading it is not installed. Search for your PC's bluetooth drivers online.
If there is a yellow triangle next to it go to the top and press the 'update driver software' button (green arrow next to PC) and see if that helps. Do you know what make your bluetooth adapter is, as that makes looking for the driver software a lot easier.
Note all of this has to be done on an admin account.
