Why is the G1.Sniper 5 so hard to buy?

Found one here http://www.atacom.com/program/atacom.cgi?KEYWORDS=MB17_GIGA_Z8_21&gclid=Cj0KEQiA_MK0BRDQsf_bsZS-_OIBEiQADPf--oGKWiDuBZeUG_gGo1gHrFnTLiyIwa35FLBkZEwybYEaAqYa8P8HAQ but the ebay listing i found sells a retail box so this is good too http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/262177137101?ul_noapp=true&chn=ps&lpid=82 it's probably because it is an older motherboard from 2013 or maybe because they discontinued it.
