Computer will not automatically restart after installing Windows

Basically I just finished building my brand new computer. I have a windows 10 key and have windows 10 on a bootable usb drive. It installs windows on my ssd fine, and then it says that my computer will restart automatically. My computer stays running but no output is given to my monitor. I have to press the reset button multiple times for the computer to actually reset to make it boot up again. Then, when I boot up to the ssd, I get a page fault in a non paged area error and it says that the pc will automatically reboot but again it can't reboot on its own. The error could be a ram problem, but I feel like it has to do with a faulty reboot that doesn't allow windows to install properly. It could be the PSU but it seems to be working fine if everything powers up and the BIOS and booting works. Thank you.

Thanks for the quick reply. I saw this article but unfortunately most of it is irrelevant because I cannot get into Windows at all.

If you have another PC you can download memtest86 and check if it's your RAM causing problems. Also make sure your RAM is properly seated in the motherboard. If all else fails do you have another HDD you can try and install windows on?

I do have another hard drive that I can try. I will do that in the morning. And how would I download memtest86 on another computer to test the ram? Thank you.

Ok thank you. I will try that in the morning. So memtest is made so that you can test without an OS and that I can boot up to it?

I have an update. I have been running memtest86 for about 2 hours and I got 92 errors after 2 passes. This definitely means that my RAM is defective and that makes sense because the page fault in a non paged area is attributed to bad RAM. Do I just RMA both sticks to Newegg? And also would the RAM or power supply cause my computer to not restart by itself. Thank you for all your help.

Ok. Thank you so much for all your help. I will RMA my sticks and get back to this thread with updates about if the computer can reboot by itself. Thanks again.
