Is this laptop good for gaming??

I have an Acer Aspire V5-573g laptop. The specs are

Intel i7 4500u 1.8ghz with turbo boost upto 3.0 ghz
Nvidia GeForce gt 750m 4gb vram
8gb ddr3 ram
1tb hdd

I will be connecting it to the charger whenever gaming
Can someone please tell me if I'll be able to play the newer games like gta 5 or fallout 4
on decent settings because many different sources are giving conflicting reviews
Also the screen is 1366 by 768 res

Any help is appreciated

GTA V yea, but 20fps is not going to be very playable for Fallout 4. For a title such as that, ideally you don't want to be below about 45. It can barely do 30 at an even lower resolution, on low, so don't expect to gain much on low, at a higher resolution. Fallout 4 is a very demanding title.
