What mobo does the community recommend to pair with the FX 6300 and doesnt throttle back from 3.5 GHz..?

I just recently upgraded my quad core 945 x4 to an FX-6300 and MOBO GA-78LMT-USB3.. but i have now noticed it throttling back to 1.4 GHz on the 0 core for a few seconds then back to the 3.5 speed.. i have not tweaked anything in bios or changed any settings.. and i have found others having the same issue with speed dropping.. the forums have responded with answers that certain mobos are not designed to handle the power demand when using 6 and 8 core CPUs..so.. What mobo does the community recommend to pair with the FX 6300 and doesnt throttle back from 3.5 GHz..for under $100.00?

Go for the Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P. It's high quality and won't throttle back the CPU. Also, it's under 100$.
