trying to be able to play games on high qualitly like killing floor 2

I have listed my current stats below I would like to upgrade but instead of buying everything new can I just throw in a new video card and everything should be good? what do I need to replace and what should I replace it with not looking to spend more then 300

Both your CPU and GPU are rather slow. You would need to upgrade both to run Killing Floor 2 on High. You need something at least 3-3.5GHz and a GPU equivalent to a GTX 560 or a 6950. You might get away with upgrading just the GPU but you won't be able to run it on high. Maybe low or medium. Here is my recommendation http://www.amazon.com/AMD-A8-3870K-Graphics-Quad-Core-Processor/dp/B006J420UE and this http://galaxstore.net/Galax-Nvidia-Geforce-GTX-950-EXOC-WHITE-2GB_p_91.html the GPU is pretty good and the CPU you can overclock to even higher than the already stock 3.0GHz.
