660ti should be doing more than that?? i'm not sure if Msi Afterburner will show usage from Intels iGP, you know where i'm getting at with that. Check your video cable is using the 660Ti. 5fps sounds like integrated graphics but then again, i think even that can do more than 5fps.

How new is the system? Installing drivers did elude my brain but its an obvious question i know and so is my question above. 5fps is unusual and to my understanding either integrated graphics is at play here or if system is new and you forgot to install drivers can also cause this. Albeit not sure the generic driver Windows installs would be enough to run Directx11 games but it might.

I had this system for 3 years, everything was working fine until last month, all other games work fine, I don't think i eaven have the option to use the integrated graphics unless i plug my monitor directly into the moterboard (it's plugged in into the gpu)

Check if your cpu is not overheating with HWmonitor. Also you should check if your cpu fan is still seated properly. But it's strange that it works on all other games fine. You should then try to update your drivers

I just remembered, theres a few graphic settings in GTA5 that can exceed the amount of Vram, check you haven't set anything too high without realizing. There's a Vram measuring tool ingame you can check, if its in red its obviously too much.

I was changing some settings in nvidia control panel and then it happened, but i reset it all to default.

Here are some stats from GPU-Z and HW-Monitor:

That thread is AMD based, i'm not sure what you meant by that link, if you could point to a reason why its happening here would be helpful. There's quite a bit of reading there i can't be bothered.

Reinstall drivers, use the clean option under custom. Run GTA5 in full screen mode and run fraps fps test for fps averages. Do you still get 5fps during fullscreen? Try reinstalling drivers anyhow and set in Nvidia CP Single display and prefer maximum performance.

Sorry... Im not very good at english...
I'm using windows 10 pro, I can't remember what settings i changed in nvidia cp but i reset it to the default settings and it didn't help. Changing the resolutions, windowed/fullscreen modes and in game settings doesn't help. I found on the internet that a recent windows update ruined the performance of many games but they apparently fixed it.
Also, Is there a way to run gtaV as administrator because all the ways that i try say ''GTAV.exe not found please reinstall the game''

Where is GTA5 installed? If through Steam, run Steam as administrator. Not finding GTA5.exe does sound suss, i apologise if your copy is legit and somehow GTA5.exe went missing(?), not sure how that can be. Might be a virus scanner you ran recently picked up GTA5.exe being a virus and removed it, then most likely it would have been a pirated copy.

If Windows 10/update is the problem, an option is to a Reset under recovery. Will keep your applications/games and just reset Win10.

Also http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2763685/stop-windows-automatically-updating-device-drivers.html Turn off device updates will help. If you have manufacture specific drivers which i think you do for Win10, will benefit you to turn this off. Don't need Microsoft installing device updates automatically settings things off.
