He will play GTA 5, CS:GO, etc, hopefully at max settings.

Is this sufficient?

I just swished it all together, so my apologies for any GIANT (or little) Mistakes.

The potential of a 6600k is lost in a B150 mobo that has no ability to overclock. If you are going to OC choose a Z170 mobo, if not go with the cheaper 6600 or 6500 or even 6400 I5. Generally for the mobo i wouldn't go below H170. The B150 has a lot less features, upgradabitlity and quite some issues with power. Thermal compound is not actually needed since the cooler would be packed with some, but that is your choice. Other than that it is a fine build.
