Hello, so basically i have an new graphics card in my computer (gtx 960) and its been in for a few days, last night i played some games and everything was running smoothly, getting good fps on the games with high settings.
I downloaded a game and tried to play and was getting terrible fps on low settings, which was strange because it was running fine just an hour before, i went back to the games i played when it was working and im getting terrible fps on them as well on low setting and the client just freezes
So im thinking maybe the card has become faulty somehow, take the 960 out and put my old one back in and the exact same thing is happening 3-5 fps on low but the computer its self is running perfectly, after that i uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled them again but that didnt work either. also i have run a full computer scan for viruses just incase that was something to do with it.
Which leaves me scratching my head on what actually happend i havent changed any kind of settings or messed about with it, the card isnt overclocked either so thats nothing to do with it, just wondered if anyone can give me some advice on what to do before i throw it under a train!
