After installing new CPU my computer wont start

Hello, i want to change my old cpu g3220 to i3 4170, socket is the same, but whe i try and start my PC with the new processor the power button light on the front of the computer doesnt turn on , but all the fans are going and the motherboard light on. When I switch to my old CPU it works perfectly, any ideas?
motherboard is H81M-D. Bios version 2107

Hi

reset cmos using jumper when changing CPU
before powering on with new CPU

(read user guide for location, disconnect mains power while doing this, powering off is not good enough)

also check compatible cpu list at Asus web site to see if bios needs updating

Tried everything, nothing is working, is it possible that my motherboard is broken and dont work with new cpu?

but i bought it from my friend ant it was working when we took it off from motherboard.
