This Corsair RM1000 had great reviews, but is only gold certified

This EVGA SuperNova is platinum certified and people said it was great, however it is a bit more expensive and has red cables which is the opposite of the my color scheme.

My vote goes to the Corsair RM100 - it is a very solid unit that will be more than enough for most high end systems.

When it comes to 80+ ratings, once you get to 'Gold' levels, any more than that is just tiny percentages. I'd actually go so far as to say Platinum is a bit of marketing con, as the only real difference it will make is maybe 1p a month in electricity bill.
