Hi im just rally concerned about my internet.We are with Virgin Media in the uk and we pay for 30 mb but for the past 2 months our internet is extremely slow>a few moments ago i went on speedtest.net and got a download speed of 0.19 and my upload hasn't finished yet....
Therefore in games i get extremely bad lag to the point i just quit because its just unplayable.We live in England and im bilingual but my parents don't speak Enligsh very well so there is no point in calling our Isp provider because it would get very confusing or given that my parents dont speak English well give them a stupid offer of something we dont need and have it recorded saying we agreed to it....
Even if we did bring up a complaint Virgin Media is a big company and pretty much only cares about new clients and leaves the old ones out....
P.S. Lately they have been making the price of our internet up...
(I have an old wifi 150mbs adapter do you think it would help if i upgraded it...)
