The 530 would be enough to handle your system but with the 600 one you can upgrade your system a bit but if you dont game the 530 would be fine

R9 270X needs minimum 500W yo be safe. Your CPU TDP quite hugh (125W). I say you raise your budget pick 500W or more from Seasonic, XFX, or another quality brands. No corsair unless it's high end corsair psu
