Computer keeps crashing. Any suggestions for what it could be? Also, if I could upgrade one component, what would you suggest

I recently put together the above build for gaming in my living room. Unfortunately, I keep having the computer crash when playing games on high at 1080p. I do not get any error messages when it happens. The screen will just go black and everything will stop responding. The computer keeps running (LED on MOBO is still on and fans are spinning). The idle temps are about 39' C and when running games (e.g. shadow of mordor) I see temps around 48'C. Would anyone have any suggestions as to where to start looking for a solution to this? I would have thought this build could handle 1080p high graphics games no problem. Do I need to update anything to get an improvement in performance?

SO when I put all of my components into PCPartPicker the total wattage comes out to 348. Why would a 500W power supply not be enough? I am not saying any of you are wrong, especially since there is such consistency in the opinion. But what amount of wattage should I be looking for?

Ah I see what you are getting at. Really wish I had come across that tier article before purchasing the PSU. Reviews for that PSU elsewhere were steadily positive. So if i was going to replace the PSU and wanted to future proof the build for future upgrades (e.g. MOBO upgrade, SSD addition, Crossfire) what would you suggest? I am interested in this one.

But I'm curious if that could support two GPUs.
