Usb device not recognised

One of my Usb ports isnt working when I plug anything in. I have went into device manager but it hasn't helped me at all. All it said was that it already had the best drivers for unknown device. my other USB ports work but this one just keeps coming up with this error.

I tried to reinstall my Driver but it said that it didn't successfully install. I also recently moved all my parts into a case.

try double checking the wires inside or try installing the drivers from the MB website
