Hey if anyone can confirm for me please I'd really appreciate it.
Windows 8.1 - 64Bit Thermaltake fullsize 2 Case Fans 240/120 Closed Case "Hotter When Open"
Gigabyte 990FX-A Rev 4.0 UEFI F3 Bios
AMD FX 8350 - Stock Fan. Arctic Silver 5 Paste "Fresh Coat just put on"
16gb Physical Ram- 32gb Virtual

Cpu Fan is on Disabled in bios for max RPMS. Around 5500-6000 RPMS
Saw these temps earlier on HWmonitor and freaked out shutdown my rig.
I didn't have my cpu fan fail enabled or temp warning.
Naturally I turned those on now. Was worried about damage to my cpu after i saw a reading above 85 c.

Cpu Temps

Intend on getting the evo 212 when i can afford it, for now im concerned burning out my rig.
HW Monitor and HWInfo64 ran during same period of gaming.

Solution
AOD displays the number of degrees to throttling; the hotter the CPU, the lower the margins. At 0°C, the CPU is very hot and it throttles; at 50°C it's cool. Cool N Quiet helps in keeping the CPU cooler; why would you disable it? No need to disable Turbo if the thermal margins don't get lower than 10°C at full load.

If that's true then you're making me really worried. Almost 20 Celsius higher on the thermal margins in cpu status.

Idle was 40-48
So when i turned game on. it dropped 10 degrees celsius to low 30's....
what is happening and why am i concerned

I guess i just don't understand why my temps are going up in idle and down under load.

45c right now idle
30c during gameplay high cpu/gpu usage.

So I wont trust HWMonitor. But is my power saving modes in bios messing with idle temp? I'm referring to the CPU power saving modes there was like 3 of them if i remember correctly.
I Disabled Cool N Quiet and The Turbo Mode. Then there was a C "Something" ADB something and a cpu something. Relating to power saving that are enabled.

update
HwMonitor reading package temp high of 193Celsius.......
Overdrive reading 45ish C idle
HWinfo64 reading 25C-35C

Thermostat inside 68 F. Outside -15 F.
