If you're going for a gaming rig I would go for a k (unlocked) CPU so that you can overclock in order to get more use out of it before an upgrade.
http://www.amazon.com/Intel-Boxed-I5-6600K-Processor-BX80662I56600K/dp/B012M8M7TY

And also I wouldn't game with a stock cooler, just my feelings, but I couldn't give someone gaming pc recommendations without an after market cooler.
http://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-Hyper-212-RR-212E-20PK-R2/dp/B005O65JXI/ref=pd_sim_147_1/179-9103484-1932853?ie=UTF8&dpID=518BEXKEiiL&dpSrc=sims&preST=_AC_UL160_SR141%2C160_&refRID=0D8EY9Q5XPVFKMTQA44G

Motherboard is looking good, I haven't done much research into it but from what I've seen you shouldn't be disappointed.

The video card is fine.

Is the RAM...

Is the RAM you've selected DDR4? The motherboard supports DDR4. In case you haven't here's what I'd go with:
http://www.amazon.com/Crucial-Ballistix-PC4-19200-Unbuffered-BLS8G4D240FSA/dp/B00MTSWG30/ref=pd_sim_147_20?ie=UTF8&dpID=41ab9ciClXL&dpSrc=sims&preST=_AC_UL160_SR160%2C160_&refRID=0N18AFCEGHT4TK8P3DPJ
I'd go with one stick for now so that you can upgrade without having to buy a whole new set.

Make sure you get a good HDD, this may seem weird, but HDD's tend to have a fairly high failure rate. Hitachi is a great brand, albeit more expensive. Just make sure you backup your stuff to an external periodically incase of failure.

The PSU is a rather specific component. I'm not sure why you want a green PSU with your black and red motherboard but that's up to you. If you want more info on what the PSU 80+ ratings mean check this out:
http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/understanding-the-80-plus-certification/
Take a look at this PSU and let me know what you think:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA3912D86700&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleMKP-PC&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleMKP-PC-_-pla-_-Power+Supplies-_-9SIA3912D86700&gclid=CMDHn77vn8oCFRQlgQodi5cKaA&gclsrc=aw.ds

You don't need 600w at this stage though.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Good luck,

I would say go with G.Skill, Corsair, or Kingston. It doesn't matter which, just make sure your motherboard supports the frequency.

I apologize for assuming you meant that you wanted a green color PSU, I've never heard of this green company. I would recommend Corsair, Cooler Master, XFX, or Gigabyte. But again, go with whichever one you want as they're all good.

Let me know if you need anything else, good luck!

With those components you only need a 600 watt PSU, a 650 will just be a waste of money. This build will work amazingly for those games at 1080p, I wouldn't expect everything to run flawlessly at ultra but it should have no problem on high and sometimes medium.

Good luck!
