Hello guys,

About 4 weeks I bought a new PC, the issue is that when in gaming the games freeze, this is happeing every 1-2 days and only happens once.

I've already tried to reinstall windows 10, go back to Windows 8, used DDU to unistall the Nvidia drivers, reinstaled around 5 different driver versions, installed only the graphic driver, changed the GPU to the second PCI port. ran a 3DMark test, updated BIOS and motherboard drivers and everything looked fine, ran a RAM test and the RAM is fine; ran a chkdsk and fixed any issue, did some changes to the Nvidia Control Panel, however the issue persist, i can almost confirm that this is not a temp issue because i've monitoring the temps and the higher temp I had on my GPU is 66ºC and the higher temp on my CPU is 45ºC, I am not running heavy games.

My specs are:

MoBo Asus Maximus Vlll ranger
CPU: intel I5 6600
GPU: MSI GTX 970
RAM: Corsair vengance LPX 16gb DDR4 2666
PSU: Corsair RM850
CPU cooler Corsair H110i GT

Out of gaming the PC works without any issue, however when in gaming the games freeze and sometimes the sound continues other time the sound gets stuck as well, a curious thing is that every hang leaves a Windows event that says application hang event ID 1002 and leaves the following message top level window is iddle.

Any advice?
Thanks.
