I was putting my components together in a new case, and this part fell out of either the GPU or the Motherboard. Does anyone know what it is, and if it came off of my GPU or Motherboard?

it's the tip of a headphone plug. you must have had a pair of headphones or a cable nearby or inserted into the rear jacks and somehow the tip broke off and stayed in your case.

compare your pic to this one, which is what a normal 1/8" headphone plug looks like

Yeah I am not sure. It is solid metal. Looks like there is some discoloration on one end. No writing on it what so ever, and about as big as a motherboard screw.

That is the only picture I have for right now. It is about the size of a small M3 motherboard screw or a stand off. It is completely solid. It almost looks like it was a soldered stand off inside of my Graphics Card, but I am unsure.

Thanks a ton. That is exactly what it is. It was actually jammed in the green audio port on my motherboard, and while I was transplanting the motherboard into the new case it became dislodged.
