Hi, something on my pc is getting waaaay too hot, im just not sure what..

Solution
You probably need a better CPU cooler. There are many out there but I'm partial to Corsair.

I'd suggest something like this but there are "better", more expensive options out there.

I'd also check your Task Manager (crt+alt+del, then choose Task Manager). There, look at the bottom of the window and there will be a line for CPU Usage and Physical Memory. Is the CPU Usage reading a high percentage? If so, go to the Processes tab and click the CPU label (this will sort processes by CPU usage). What is the name of the top 3-5 programs?

What are Temp2, Temp3, ad HD0?

I assume HD0 is the HDD or SSD for your OS and if that's the case, is it an SSD or HDD? I've never actually seen a hard drive overheat.

Also, what are the percentages related to HD1 and HD0? If that's usage, you must have something running through each file at the time of scan/overheat. The only things that usually do that are things that are scanning those drives.

I assume Core is your CPU and if Temp1 and Temp2 are related to that, that's understandable. If that's the case, then your CPU seems to be overheating. If it's not due to overclocking, your cooler isn't getting the job done.

What kind of CPU cooler are you using?

I honestly dont know what everything is related to, my knowledge is very bad, I also dont know the make of my cooler, but it is very very small, i had a feeling it was the cooler.
