What to build a pc which can max out most mmo/moba games.

I want to build a rig which can max out games like wow,lol,gw2,diablo3,skyrim,rift.
My budget is around $600-$700.
Can u as well suggest me a good screen for mmo/moba games .
Would love to see many suggestions.

This will max your MOBA games to the highest framrate that your monitor can give you.
As for mmorpg's cant say the same as there are MMORPG's that are cpu intensive, like TERA online will shit on your system with 20 fps on loaded maps(but thats because of bad coding. some mmorpgs might be like that too so im just saying.) but for diablo, wow and gw2, you can expect more than 70 fps with this build.
