Could anyone give me a settings breakdown for GTA V?

If someone could be so kind I'd like to know what settings they recommend for GTA V on PC. I am running an FX-8350 at 4.5 GHz (stock is 4.0) and an MSI R9 290x OC at 1080p. I am looking for as much detail as possible while keeping a pretty consistent 60 FPS.

The game will auto recommend settings for you, and you can run in game benchmarks.
That being said, the game set me to high settings (Which I hold 60FPS) with a Phenom II and a 760.
