Hey guys i just reinstalled windows 7 and i just noticed my cpu idle temp is above 70c!!!
I dont know what can be the case?

Probably you need to reapply thermal paste or for some reason the cooler has been mishandled/broken.

Might check case for dust, etc - How old is the thermal compound on the CPU?
