I just finished building my first pc, and there are a few things that I am concerned about. First I will say that I have yet to install windows, as it is still being shipped. When I turn on the pc, it says "No boot device found press any key to restart the pc" or something along those lines (I am not home right now but I can tell you exactly what it says if needed later). If i press any key, or restart the pc, all it does is repeat the same message. I don't know if this is an error on my part or if installing windows will fix this. I also am wondering if the fan in the case is supposed to spin only when under load, or all the time. When I turn on the pc, the fan does no spin. These may be simple questions but I am quite new.
