By default, no, it won't fit well unless you position the fan a little higher on the heatsink. I did that with my Hyper 212 EVO and didn't see any changes in performance. What you can also do, and I recommend this instead, is buy your memory as 2x8Gb instead of 4x4Gb and then position them in slots 2 and 4 instead of 1 and 3. It'll cost the same or even a little cheaper to buy your memory like that. One last note is that the Hyper 212 EVO is also a big heatsink and it is only $30. The only difference you'll see then is the fans(Noctua fans are significantly better than the default on the Hyper 212 EVO)
Oh ok I understand. Well, no the fan won't fit properly by default because the memory will be in the way but you can position the fan higher up on the heatsink and that should give you just enough breathing room to have the memory beneath it
