Help about future build

Solution

Does that include the price of the operating system you know you got to have one.
And does it have to be from Amazon or can you order online from other places.
About 808 after shipping before rebates, without the operating system I will give much better performance wit the i5 processor and the R9 380 beats the 960 in about everything also comes with a back plate for looks.
Mount the extra 2 fans in the front blowing in.

If you need the operating system and monitor, this would give you everything but the speakers, keyboard, and mouse.
Again Buy the MSI 960 form newegg, (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127844&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-Skimlinks-_-na-_-na-_-na&AID=12087162&PID=3736271&SID=skim83512X1540009Xe2b6800bf6cea14f25d9896cc9a69c6e&utm_medium=affiliates&utm_source=afc-Skimlinks) extra fan mounted in the front of the case blowing in.
Drop down to the i3 processor (I can't recommend a AMD processor for gaming or about anything else)
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/CMQqTW This updates you to Skylake with a clear upgrade path on the processor and the i3 holds it's own for gaming.
All of these would be a good gaming build depending on your needs to be included in the price.
If you need a low priced set of speakers, keyboard, and mouse these will work just fine for the price. I know the keyboard and mouse work perfectly.

That pretty much covers everything, all in your price range but adding the last link to get the keyboard and stuff would put you just a tad bit over budget.
I highly recommend buying from Newegg when at all possible the have a executant return policy if you happen to need it, everything I listed above is including shipping and you won't have to wait 2 weeks for it to ship.
You can add LED's to light up the case for cheap later but get the best performance you can first.
You might also notice I listed no SSD, that's for the same reason it can be added later and has no business being in a budget build because it eats into the performance parts budget.
