upgrading my P6x58D MB Core i7 960 and SLI GTX 480's for some 4K gaming and Oculus Rift. Waiting on delivery of the last components, should be built on Wednesday Jan 13 2016.

There is no question, just looking for opinions on the part selection.

Gotcha. Thanks for the clarification edit. Now you state you are reusing your case and PSU, so I'm assuming your CM case and Corsair PSU are what you already have? You are well-speced out to be sure.

The only thing I see a possible issue with is your memory (F4-3000C15Q2-32GRBB). It is not officially listed as supported on ASUS's support page for that motherboard: http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/LGA2011/X99-A/X99_Series_DRAM_QVL_20151223.pdf

It doesn't mean they won't work, but instead that that combination has not been tested by ASUS. Chances are they will though. I have yet to come across an incompatibility problem with five ASUS/G.SKILL builds....

Thanks 10tacle. The ram was the last thing I bought because I'm not as familiar with all the options. I knew I wanted 32Gb and this set was on sale. Since the MB has 8 slots this seemed to make sense.
