Help! Is my computer good enough to run games on high at 1080p

I am upgrading my pc and I have no money left for a good graphics card will there be any bottleneck:
CPU:fx-8370
GPU:AMD r7 240 2gb
Psu corsair 550w
Ram: 8gb
SSD 250gb Samsung 850 evo

You won't be able to play the newest games on high settings. Maybe medium or low with your current setup. The problem you may have is that once you upgrade the GPU, you may experience bottlenecking at that point. You may have to upgrade the CPU and GPU together to see the best results.
