Mouse and keyboard stopped working

I was problems with installing my new video card, and then one time when I restarted my system my mouse and keyboard stopped working I tried different mice and key boards but nothing worked also tryed all the sub ports on my pc but nothing worked. Also when my pc was working fine it said I had no sub drivers, but everything was working fine so I ignored it. Pls help

Are you using a usb or ps2 keyboard/mouse? At what point the keyboard and mouse does not work? Are you able to go into the bios? Is the computer able to boot to windows?
