So, this is the thing. I have a PC right now from late 2011 to early 2012. It is running a i5 (i don't know the model name fully.) it is running at 3.10 ghz. My gpu is an old-ass ASUS GTX 550ti which is overclocked to abot 1100 mhz from in the neighborhood of 950 mhz.
So, in my opinion this computer is really slow when it comes to even playing minecraft, (Which plays at about 70 - 90 fps.) So, is there any suggestions for PC parts at a budget in somewhere in the neighborhood of 2000 usd. (Preferably custom watercooled. Thanks in advance :)

Solution
Here's a skylake build with a great case and enough expandability to add another 980ti later on.

For you to get an objective view you're going to have to help us all out and properly list your specs....we need to know the model of CPU your running, your PSU brand and wattage, how much memory is in your system and what its rated speed is, what your monitor resolution is, disc number and capacity, operating system and so on.

I could throw a bunch of recommendations at you without the info above, none of which might be suitable for your system or what you intend to do with it.

So for example, windows 10, a 512Gb solid state drive, a GTX 980Ti GPU and a whacking great 32" 4k monitor....hows that sound?

Why water cooling and custom at that....you've just ruled out every AIO CPU water cooler in one statement....for some middling core i5 processor? You don't need a water cooled rig plus it would make a huge hole in your budget....

Thanks for the answer, but I was looking for a completely new pc with a custom loop (flexible not hardline). :/

That would work but, as I said, the Total budget of the system is around 2000 dollars, and i also wanted to have a custom loop cooling the pc.
