I got a new asus gtx 970 and i noticed when playing world of warcraft it has some coil whine and horizontal lines flickering across the screen.
I have tried reinstalling drivers and i have vsync turned on so everything is set up to be at 60 fps which is what my monitor's refresh rate is.
