Whoops missed the cooling, my guess is msi (I can only guess seeing as how im no expert on cooling.) as it has listed more "advanced" cooling features, where as zotac says that the only special thing it does in the way of cooling, is that it stops the fans when it's cool. Once again I also suspect msi for overclocking, superiority simply because of the better cooling, higher boost speeds in "OC Mode" (Which also hints towards that), and the fact that imo msi is higher quality than zotac.
