You temperatures are fine. Thermal temperatures are something similar to a counter to the thermal limit.
On idle, 60c = 60 degrees til the CPU throttle down due to overheating. When playing games, the CPU heats up thus dropping down the 45c, or 45 degrees until overheat.
Just keep the thermal margins above 0c, or preferably at double digits.
Remember, AOD is the most accurate temp reading when at load. I personally dislike HW, and prefer SpeedFan for CPU temps.
