Need help building a pc for my friend

Hi guys.

Hey guys i am currently looking to build a gaming pc that is around 700-800 € i will build it myself, i currently have a list made wich would cost 1000€ but i need to get that price down, the pc is mainly used for gaming and mainly playing csgo this will be his first upgrrade from a shitty laptop to a decent desktop gaming pc , it doesnt need to be high tier at all and maybe i can cut out on the prosessor ? Thanks already !!

here's a suggestion. It has better price to performance ratio and will let you play CSGO @ uber fps and AAA titles if you want to do hardcore gaming at lesser price.
