Hi, my name is Karl. I live in Estonia.
I'm plan on getting a new pc because my old one can't handle the new games.

Currently I have chosen these parts: (Estonian prices)

I would like to know if there is any way I could improve this system while still staying at around 1300€?

Should I pick the r9 380 or GTX 970, also which model, maybe something else for the similar price?

I would like to overclock my CPU to about 4,2 Ghz and GPU by a little too, would that cause any problems on this build?

Just general suggestions, tips?

FYI
I mostly play GTA V, Rainbow 6 Siege, heavily modded minecraft, modded skyrim, BF4 and some others.
I'm going to use Windows 10 Professional on the system.

Solution
I would stick with the gtx 970 over the R9 380 cause the 970 is a stronger card. The only thing I would change is the psu. That psu is ok but something like the EVGA supernova series or anything by Seasonic or XFX would be better.

Your current picks are great overall. There is no significant upgrades I can suggest you that wouldn´t also cost you more money.

Again, great picks of hardware.

oh and chilly is right - definetely change the PSU - look for an Antec or Seasonic at 500watts plus (hard to go wrong with any of their models)

Change that PSU. It's made of low quality components, and ranks Tier 3 on Tom's Hardware's PSU Tier List (Link in signature). Not suitable for any enthusiast build whatsoever. A 650W PSU from XFX, Seasonic or EVGA's G2, GS or B2 series will do very well, and leave some headroom for overclocking as well. Other than that, your build is fine.

Your case is also very overpriced for what it is. Here are some better ones one:

All are from an Estonian PC Parts site. I recommend the S340, H440 and the Define R5 in particular, but any of these cases are miles better than the Silent Base 600.
