hi guys can someone tell me what should be my core voltage and power limit in MSI after burner while overclocking my gpu ?
i have a corsair RM750x psu

Solution
As long as you have decent/ok air flow in your case I wouldn't bother much while overclock cking with afterburner and max both voltage and power limit.
Both are limited by the bios anyway so you can't do any harm via afterburner or similar software.
Just keep monitoring your temps to make sure you not throttle gpu as it would miss any point in overclock lol

what do you mean do not throttle gpu, im sorry i am a OC noob and as far as air flow is concerned i have two case fans
both are sucking air from outside to inside, some times i feel one of the fans should suck air from inside to outside also for cross ventilation etc

Thermal throttling limit will depend on what make/model card you using.
let's assume your gpu will throttle at 85C. It means that your gpu bios will drop core and vram clocks down to protect the card from damage at this temperature.
So when you overclock you wanna stay below this limit.
