I just recently had my PC back from the computer shop with the part's fitted that I bought and it all works perfectly.
I have a 250GB SSD Samsung 850 Evo for my OS ONLY
and I have a 2TB Seagate HDD that I want to use for storage for programs and games
I don't care that the HDD is so please don't tell me about that.
Anyway
I've tried to install skype and google chrome so far and it is installing on the SSD
How do I make it so that everything installs on the 2TB HDD and where it give's it's self the Program files and Program files x86 folder for my programs. Please help and how do I install skype and google chrome on to the HDD

The Program files and Program files (x86) are folders that Windows installs when you install the OS and my default this is where (most) programs will install.

That being said, when you install programs like Skype/Chrome they will ask you where you want to install them. As stated, they will default to Program files, but this can be changed when installing them.

Most Apps, at the beginning of the installation process, displays a drop down box with C:\PROGRAM FILES blah-blah, and then a single OK button. Most people, just wanting to get to the end, just hit OK, taking the default. Well, HERE is where you can change it to wherever you want.

I found the one for skype but it still makes files on my SSD so I thought I was doing it wrong

Just wanted to point out that the whole point of having a SSD drive is so you can install your OS and programs on it. Keep installing all your programs and games on your SSD.

I have some tutorials on optimising your SSD bookmarked, will try and remember to link them when I get home.
