According to this article, "Intel confirmed that the common user does not have to fear anything" So apparently, it isn't a problem, and a BIOS update will fix the non problem.

Unless you are running prime95 (which you shouldnt on modern intel CPUs, there are better options) you wont have an issue.
The bug was found because they were looking for something (in this case a specific prime number)
