My Computer Freezes to a random colored screen whenever i play a game

Hi guys, I don't really post anything on here but I've come across a major problem whenever i play a game on steam, I can load the game up fine but its when i get into playing the game my monitors would turn to several random colors and a tone of sound is looped over and over until my screen goes black. I then have to do a force restart. I've gone into my event manager to see what the problem was , it turns out the Problem was a Kernel-Power event 41 task 63, Here is the full XML view:

Also to point out some days i have been able to play games for several hours and other times only seconds or minutes. I have also installed HWinfo and Realtemp to record my CPU temps.
