I have plan build my nice pc under 800$ (740-750 EUR) here specs:
1.
Mobo: Asus Z170-A
CPU: Intel I5 6600K BX (cooler included)
RAM: 16 GB Crucial Ballistix DRR4 2400Mhz
GPU: Nvidia Pascal
HDD: 1TB Western Digital Caviar Blue
SSD: Samsung EVO 850SSD 250GB
PSU: Corsair CX600 80+ Bronze 600W

2. Mobo: Asus Z170 Pro Gaming
CPU: Intel I5 6600K BX (cooler included)
RAM: 16GB Crucial Ballistix 2400 Mhz DDR4
GPU: Nvidia Pascal
HDD: 2TB Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM
SSD: Kingston HyperX Fury 120GB
PSU: Corsair CX600 80+W Bronze 600W

Is the PSU fine with slightly overclocking?
Which mobo is best?

I suggest against getting a CX. They use low quality secondary caps rated for low temps and have a failure rate too high to recommend. If you want a good PSu for overclocking get a tier 1 or 2 unit.

For the builds the first is better mainly due to the SSD, but the for the motherboard the pro gamer does have a few more features but both are good options.

Specs looks like: ASUS-Z170 Pro Gaming
CPU: Intel I5 6600K BX (cooler included)
RAM: 16 GB Crucial Ballistix DRR4 2400Mhz
GPU: Nvidia Pascal
HDD: 1TB Western Digital Caviar Blue (At the future can extend another space)
SSD: Kingston HyperX Fury 120GB
PSU: Seasonic M12II EVO, 620W, 80+ Bronze

I dont download too much games, but games with less space would be fine and how specs?

1Tb is an ok amount of space for games. I probably would have tried to stay with the 250gb Samsung SSD though. 120Gb can fill up quickly even when mainly being used as a boot drive.
