Games crash after a few minutes with no signal and sound loop

so i just built a new pc and games keep crashing after a few minutes. This has only happened while gaming, i took out 1 stick of each ram and tried each stick individually and it crashed so i don't think it is the ram.
PC SPECS
Pentuim G3258
XFX R9 380X 4gb
16gb gskill ram
and an rosewill 600m valens psu
can it be a dead gpu?

also i dont think it is over heating because the cpu has yet to go over 50C and the gpu i havent even seen go above 40C as the games crash to quick,

Is anything overclocked? If it is try the same games @stock (no overclocking). Does it still crash then? Also did you recently update your driver? Try the previous one if you did; if you did then update to the latest one.

i never had the old drivers and i never had an overclock, and im on the latest one, everytime i get an older driver i only get 2 fps in any game

The first thing Id check is if you have a bad ram module.
Use memtest86.
