Reinstalled windows - outlook recovered, but one folder missing.

I made a copy of my entire C drive (only drive) on my laptop.

Then I clean reinstalled windows, installed apps.

Then I installed Outlook and imported my .pst file. Everything seems to be there except one folder ( which is very important to me).

How can I fix this?

Either that folder was in another PST file, another account or you backed it up before you created that folder. If you copied the PST file and it was all there before, and the folder was inside that PST file, it will be there on the restored system. Did you check the account settings to check what was connected or configured in the email account?
