All right,
I've been trying for a long time to find a pc that I could game on for my birthday.
My dad would rather want me to buy a pre-built pc, so he can more easily buy it (instead of buying parts from all different stores etc.).

So would this be a good deal?
[note that I am on a budget]
AMD Radeon R7 Series 2GB
AMD A8 7600 3.8GHz Turbo - 4 core
Kingston HyperX 8GB 1866MHz
Seagate 1000GB 7200RPM 64MB

Also, are USB 3.0 ports required nowadays, since this has 2.0?

If you are going to upgrade a PC, you will find it 1000% easier if you have built the PC yourself.
Some pre built PCs are deliberately made to be very difficult to upgrade. (to force you to buy a new one)

This is a very low spec PC.
It is not good value for money because you can get far more processing power for a bit more money.

To give you an example, I built a really cheap PC for my 75year old mother because all she does is surf the net, but after 3 years it is painfully slow to start up and takes ages to do windows updates. Meanwhile my son is happily gaming on a 7 year old computer, which was high spec when new, and therefore was worth upgrading, and is still good enough to do a lot of stuff. Guess which one was best value for money?
