mother board issue concerning ram

i recently purchased a motherboard- a gigabyte g1 sniper b6 for my new rig i have a gtx 970 an i5 4690k and 8 gb of ram. Itdidnt say anything on the website i bought the motherboard from about the windows 32bit limitation. I recently discovered that i couldnt use my full 8gb of ram with it and 4 gb would be rendered useless. is there anyway that i can get windows 64bit on my windows 32 bit motherboard. i read some where that it depends on your processor how much ram you can use but im not sure. please help

Any Intel LGA 1150 MOBO + a Devil's Canyon CPU, both of which you have, will run 64 bit Windows without any problems.
