I have an issue on my PC where when I unplug my monitors and plug them back in, they say no signal. I've constantly tried several combinations. For example, I turn my power supply off, unplug every USB cable, and plug in my monitors again, it still won't work.

PC Specs:
ASRock H97 Anniversary Edition
R9 390 GPU
Intel i5 4460
EVGA 80+ Gold Power Supply
SanDisk 120 GB SSD
HDD 1 TB
Corsair Vengeance 16 GB RAM
Acer monitor 1: GN246HL
Acer monitor 2: G246HYL

Try a different configuration like using HDMI or DVI. If that doesnt work, then try using one monitor first and then configure the second one to display. Right now there could be multiple issues going that is hard to diagnose. It could be windows being stupid and doesn't recognize a plug-n-play monitor or could be graphics driver needs configuring with eyefinity.

If the soft methods doesn't work, try removing your graphics card and then turning on and off as a method to reset any weird glitches. This helps reseat the card if it become loose or try another PCIe lane.
