Computer was running, froze, so I rebooted. I get nothing now. I tested the psu with a paper clip and the fan comes on. Tried jumping with a screwdriver, no luck. Any hope for the motherboard?

You still don't know for sure if the PSU isn't the problem. All the paper clip trick does is prove the PSU turns on and the fan spins. You don't know what voltages (if any) it is outputting. You need a voltmeter to test that.

Or you can use one of these if you don't have a voltmeter: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16899705003

Once you prove the PSU is good, you will need to remove the board and set it on an insulated surface and breadboard-test it with just the PSU, CPU/cooler, RAM, and monitor (connected to the integrated video) connected. Nothing else. Start by momentarily shorting the two pins that the power button wires would connect on.

I told you to test the PSU for proper voltages first. It was probably dying.
