Buying my system tonight, need last minute opinion!

SO I forgot to ask, whether I should get the Phanteks Enthoo Primo or Luxe.
Both are full towers however the Luxe is $80 cheaper and the Primos LED strip only has 1 color setting while the Luxe can be changed to fit the build. It doesn't matter because the Primos is blue and my colors will be blue LED's but it's something to think about if I ever change. I don't mind getting either, the Primo has a lot of nice features like the PSU behind/below the motherboard tray, lots of room for expandability and that's pretty much where the differences end as far as I'm aware.
Any input?

or

Will the CPU cooler I have selected fit on my motherboard WITHOUT blocking the first PCIe 3.0 lane with a gtx 980 in it?

Also my motherboard is on sale at newegg for $30 less than amazon, is newegg's customer service for DOA products just as good as amazons?

EDIT: Amazon had ONE left and they just dropped the price right NOW so I bought it immedietly as I've been after this board for awhile. Still need opinions on the RAM though

More about buying system tonight minute opinion
  1. Nice build.

CPU cooler clearance should be fine.
Corsair Vengeance LPX definitely, great speed and reliability and great height clearance for D15.
  3. That's a well balanced system. Way more PSU wattage than necessary for a single or dual GTX 980, but no problem. The memory I have no opinion on, except to suggest you get the lowest profile set. I have done RMAs thru both Newegg and Amazon as a Prime/Premier member at both places. Both good. Amazon is a bit faster and will refund the cost immediately if you are Prime. Newegg will wait until they receive the item back and inspect it even if you are Premier.
  4. for such a kick ass build, you might want to consider 980ti.

I have a single GTX 980 right now. I was going to go SLI but I figured with Pascal right around the corner I might as well wait.
