How to turn off usb ports when power is off with ASUS M5A97 R2.0 motherboard?

I recently purchased an LED lit keyboard and mouse, but there is a slight issue with the mouse in which its LED light doesn't shut off when the computer itself shuts off, unlike the keyboard, which does shut off. What settings in the bios of the ASUS M5A97 R2.0 motherboard must I alter in order to fix this?

If the keyboard is already shutting off okay, the BIOS settings won't help since there are no separate settings there for keyboard and mouse, only for USB globally.

Don't worry about it, or turn mouse over to see if it has an on/off switch like mine does.
Otherwise, unplug mouse when not in use, but trust me, leaving it on will do no harm.
