Hello everyone

You may have being asked this many times, sorry if you have, i would like your help with designing and building a gaming computer.

I intend to get a new computer in the next couple of months, hopefully by March or April 2016.

This computer will be a custom built machine that i will be able to upgrade over time.

The amount I intend to spend for this computer is about $1800-$2000 dollars.

This includes the desktop, mouse, keyboard and joystick.

I will be using the computer for numerous things including playing games, converting my large DVD collection to hard drive, watching DVDs and just general surfing of the internet and other things like Microsoft word and excel.

The games that this computer needs to be able to play include all the total war series including the coming warhammer version, all elder scrolls games, witcher 3.

It should also be able to connect to various things like laptops. Ideally it would have at least 2-3 USB And 2-3 HDMI ports. It should also have the latest version of Windows.

I would also like the computer to be as future proof as possible, as far a 3 or 5 years with minimal upgrades.

If you guys could help me with a full design so that i could do more specific research into each part i would appreciate that.

Thank you.

Let me explain

CPU : I7 - Support Hyperthreading - Skylake (Best one and overclockable)
Watercooling : Corsair H100i GTX, new watercooler by Corsair (I use the last version of H100i and its great, the sound are so silent)
GPU : R9 390x - Best AMD Cards (Why AMD? Because it would be great on multi tasking)(Design, and good on games like total war also)
Storage : 500GB SSD and 3TB Seagate Barracuda (For your DVD Collection
Power Supply : EVGA 750 Watt (Gold++ should be future proof)
RAM : 32GB, well this is kinda overkill (For me, but i assume since you gonna do Rendering and Playing Games at the same time. With this RAM, you should be okay. Why i pick 32GB. Skylake DDR4, will support Quad - Channel (Feature that only had on Extreme Edition) (Because otherway you will need to buy 4 x 4 GB which will fill all your RAM Slots and cannot upgrade to 32GB unless you sell your RAM)
Case : Full tower NXZT Phantom White. It supports watercooling.
