Hello guys, I've been having trouble while playing games like FIFA, CSGO, BF4. Whenever I play these games, my computer will go on for like 10 minutes and shut down/reset completely. However, I can go on hours playing league and It won't happen. Can anyone tell me how can I fix this?

It is the Video card overheating. It is shutting system down to protect its self.
All I need to see is Picture.
Is that a sound card above V card?
If you can move it, give top of video card more room. That may be enough.
And bottom fans are fighting the PSU fan, which recirculates much heat.
Just the PSU fan would be OK, but when added card above limits heat dissipation it turns it from small problem to big problem.
But That CPU cooler is insane.

It could be thermals, but given that beefy noctua cooler its more likley to be something with the power, your psu might be failing.
I suggest you monitor your system temps while gaming and try running it with another psu if possible.
Be carefull you dont fry your mobo tho, the y97 extreme 4 had a bach made with a bad battery and pulling out the 24pin could fry it

Hi jollypirate, I will buy another PSU to see if there's a change and check the temps and post it here. Also, should I check the thermals?

It's like someone just suddenly pulled the power cord and everything goes black but my computer turns on again.
Something else, whenever I try to power off my computer, it just won't shut down. The lights will be on and the fans running. Everytime I have to force it to shut down. Is it related?

Without an obvious temperature problem (from the screenshots), the PSU is the next place to look. If you had general freezing or blue screens, I may look elsewhere first, but the symptoms you describe lead me to believe it's most likely a PSU issue. Not definite, but the likely suspect.

Yo dude, I think it is the video card overheating. I used EVGA Precision to set the temperature to only 62 and the game didn't freeze and the computer didn't shutdown. How do you suggest I move the parts so I can give it more flow, should I add more fans?

What BIO's is your mobo on? I paired a 4790K with a Z87 mobo and I need to update the bios before it would restart. I wasn't able to install windows without doing hard shut down's because it would get stuck power ON with the fans & lights going. Im pretty sure the 4790k uses z97 architecture and needs to be updated for the processor to work properly. Make sure your bios is up to date.

EDIT: i guess this is un-needed then, post a picture of the inside of your case maybe?

I will post some pictures of the inside of it when I get home. It's weird how I can't turn of the computer if it isn't by force. However, I'll check the BIOS.

I will get back to you.
I hate the time lapse. I am going to make a chat account, so I can discuss in real-time.
